When a qualifying event occurs, you remove the insured from your plan then notify us by completing a simple form (paper or on the WEB) and we take it from there by providing:
14 day notice (USPS First Class Certificate of Mailing )
Rejection Receipt
60 Day notice of End of Election Period. First Class Mail (Optional)
Premium Request After Election
45 Day Termination for Non Payment After Election
Provide Special California Notice for California clients
Complete Monthly Billing for all Insureds with return envelope enclosed
Provide Partial Payment Received Notice
Provide Non-Sufficient-Funds Notice
Warn of termination for non payment of premium
Provide required 180 day warning for end of continuation period
Notify insured of termination for non payment of premium or any other reason
Notify insured of termination for end of continuation period
Notify insured of anniversary rate increases
Provide monthly billing activity reports to the plan sponsor
Checks will be made payable to CobraHelp and remitted to the employer monthly
Complete Eligibility Reporting of all Activity to the employer and/or your Health Care Providers.
